La Noria was created over 30 years ago by a group of passionate Poblanos with a shared vision. The space unites and reflects the sum of the personality and interests of its founders, such as the art they have curated themselves to decorate and give life to every corner; as well as their focus on fresh and local ingredients that are evident in each dish, offering a gastronomic experience that celebrates tradition while embracing contemporary creativity.

We are the past
we will be

La Noria is founded on the grounds of the 16th century ex-hacienda of San Miguel La Noria. We have respected what man created in the 1920s and planted laurel and ash trees that have been growing along with us, representing and important green area for the city, while allowing us to enjoy ourselves underneath their shade while birds take part of our table.

This space was born thanks to the collaboration of people. And it is in its people that it still finds its raison d'être

Once and again we reiterate our commitment with our team of collaborators and society in general. We have developed internal protocols that offer well-being and backing of our personnel and their families. We promote a fair, collaborative, respectful, diverse and positive working environment.

Above. Chef Fernando has been leading our kitchen for over 30 years.

Left. Our Assistant Waiter Josué has been part of the family since 2016.

Additionally, we reach out to diverse organizations with the purpose of giving back to our community.

La Noria regularly offers breakfasts and meals to kids, teens and families in vulnerable conditions, as well as fund raise for institutions such as: ProNiñez, Centros de Integración Juvenil, Hospital General del Sur, Fundación Maritere, Donadores Altruistas de Puebla, Justicia Ciudadana, among others.
